2nd Annual Girl Gala a Huge Success!!
The 2nd Annual Girl Gala was a huge success, raising over $45,000 for after-school programming. Guests included GFC Partners Julia Landauer, Nascar Driver and Katie Sullivan, NHRA Pro Stock Motorcycle Racer, as well as girls from the GFC program at the Akilah Institute in Kigali, Rwanda. Over 120 guests joined together in celebration of GFC programming at the Saratoga Country Club in October 2011. GFC is grateful to our sponsors, including Microsoft, Tech CU, Synopsys, Cisco, Medezon.com, Peak Teams, Comcast, The San Jose Mercury News, Dr. Barbara C. Erny, MD; and the Swenson-Drobac Family for their support.
