Starting a Girl Action Team in Your Community

You can bring Girls For A Change to your community! GFC partners with schools and community based organizations to launch Girl Action Teams throughout the world. GFC can be a new program in a community or our curriculum can be added to already existing programs.

Girl Action Teams consist of two (2) GFC Coaches and 10-15 girl participants. Coaches are provided with a GFC Starter Kit, online resources, trainings via webinar and GFC staff support. Girl Action Teams meet weekly for 12 weeks as girls identify a community issue and then implement their social change project. GFC is open to girls in grades 6-12.
